Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive, senior-level IT helpdesk support and systems administration experience.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and networking issues (VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing).
• Strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft Active Directory and M365 cloud services.
• Experience managing workflows within an ITSM or IT ticketing system (ServiceNow, Jira, Zammad).
• Experience with IT procurement, hardware/software lifecycle management, and vendor communications.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills for high-level stakeholders.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Escalation Support as the senior technical escalation point for user issues.
• Systems Administration of Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, and MS 365 services.
• Manage office networking equipment and enterprise backup solutions.
• Endpoint & security management with Intune and DLP compliance.
• KSALO mission customer support for on-site and remote personnel.
• Hardware & software provisioning for mission requirements.
• Automation and documentation using PowerShell; create network diagrams and guides.
• Site and operations support including access control and supplies.
