Job summary

Abby Care, a leading AI-native home-care platform, seeks a Senior IT Systems Administrator in San Francisco, CA. You’ll own identity, endpoint and access foundations (Okta, JAMF, Google Workspace, SentinelOne) and scale security as we grow.

You’ll shape compliance tooling for SOC 2 and ISO 27001, manage macOS fleet, automate IT ops, and provide tier 2/3 support across multi-state and offshore teams. This is a full-time hybrid role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT systems administration experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Hands-on administration experience with Okta and core IAM standards (SSO, MFA, SCIM, SAML/OIDC)
• Proven track record managing macOS fleets in an enterprise setting using JAMF, SentinelOne, and Google Workspace
• Core understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and technical troubleshooting
• Strong technical documentation habits and the ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple tickets and projects

Responsibilities

• Administer identity governance and access controls using Okta and IaC.
• Manage RBAC policies and identity resources as code via Terraform and CI/CD.
• Lead access certifications and remediation for SOC 2, ISO 27001 compliance.
• Manage the macOS fleet via JAMF Pro, including zero-touch deployment and patching.
• Deploy SentinelOne agents and handle threat remediation.
• Administer Google Workspace and integrate with identity and endpoint tools.
• Provide Tier 2/3 escalation support and drive IT automation via scripting.
