Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior IT Systems Administrator to support a remote-first organization. You will own day-to-day IT operations, ensure reliable access to critical systems, and contribute to disaster recovery readiness while maintaining secure end-user experiences.

The role interacts with executives and a distributed workforce across time zones. Responsibilities include managing macOS devices via MDM, supporting AV setups and Zoom Rooms, and maintaining Cisco Meraki networks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on macOS administration and MDM experience.
• 3+ years in customer-facing technical support for executives.
• Experience with ServiceNow for incident management.
• Hands-on networking with Cisco Meraki equipment.
• Experience with audio-visual systems and Zoom Rooms.
• Knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Familiarity with security protocols and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support for software, hardware, and network issues to executives and employees.

• Manage incident logging and resolution through the ticketing system.
• Deploy and maintain MacBooks and peripherals using MDM.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior IT Systems Administrator to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will serve as a key technical resource supporting executives and employees across a distributed, remote-first environment. You will own day-to-day IT operations, help ensure reliable access to critical systems, and contribute to the stability of the organization’s technology, collaboration, and office infrastructure. The position also plays an important part in maintaining secure, well-supported end-user experiences and disaster recovery readiness.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $112,500 – $134,167 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support for software, hardware, and network issues to executives and employees
• Deliver remote assistance to a distributed workforce in a remote-first environment
• Manage incident logging and resolution through the ticketing system
• Deploy and maintain MacBooks and peripherals using MDM
