Responsibilities

• Own development of endpoint management and IT products across the organization.
• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable IT solutions to reduce friction.
• Identify ticket trends and build automation to improve processes.
• Collaborate with IT to manage requests and incidents per SLAs.
• Provide top-tier support in-person, via tickets, and chat for escalations.
• Drive documentation and training for employees on corporate tools.
• Secure configuration and access management for production tooling.
• Participate in weekly sprints and IT projects as contributor and SME.
