Job summary

RDI is seeking a Level 2 IT Technician to advance network and system maintenance for diverse customer environments in Iowa. You will diagnose issues, manage servers, AD, DNS, and email systems, and support security and firewall configurations.

The role requires several years in the field, strong troubleshooting, and excellent customer communication. Occasional travel to client sites is expected, with a focus on on-site delivery and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have several years of field experience.
• Able to install, configure, repair, maintain, troubleshoot PCs, servers, network gear.
• Experience with AD, DNS, DHCP and Group Policies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, repair, maintain, troubleshoot PCs and servers.
• Respond to network alerts and customer issues quickly.
• Manage AD and Group Policies.
• Configure VLANs, VPNs, and network security.
• Assist with on-site customer projects and documentation.
