Job summary

Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation (INTUITIVE) is seeking an IT System Administrator to coordinate day-to-day help desk operations while providing advanced technical support for end users. You will serve as an escalation point for complex hardware, software, and network issues, helping ensure timely resolution of support requests and a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree required.
• 8 years of IT support experience required.
• Experience coordinating help desk operations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, AD, SharePoint, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience supporting desktop hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and user accounts.
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Some travel required.
• Desirable: Microsoft certifications CompTIA A+ or equivalent.
• Experience administering Windows Server environments.
• Knowledge of DFARS and CMMC compliance requirements.
