ASRC Federal Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Help Desk Support Service Specialist - Intermediate to support the Army Contracting Command in Rock Island, IL. The role provides Tier 2/3 desktop support for Windows 11 devices and lifecycle management including re-imaging to baseline standards.

You will work with Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365, assist with mobile devices, printers, and AV/VC support, and log incidents in ServiceNow while serving VIP clients across unclassified

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of IT infrastructure and support experience.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and support.
• Experience with mobile devices (iOS, MiFi) and printers/scanners.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in military/federal government environments (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for Windows 11 desktops and laptops.
• Re-image devices according to baseline configuration standards.
• Provide mobile device troubleshooting and setup (iOS, MiFi).
• Support printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
• Apply patches to software above baseline.
• Administer user environments using Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365.
• Log and resolve incidents in ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Update asset/configuration databases for hardware lifecycle changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Provide VTC/AV support for unclassified and classified sessions, including Microsoft Teams.
