Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise technology environments.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, Microsoft 365, endpoint devices, and network connectivity.
• Experience with endpoint deployment and device management platforms (e.g., SCCM, Intune).
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and cybersecurity basics.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain technical concepts to users of varying levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end user support for office, remote, and field staff.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, conferencing systems, and applications.
• Configure, deploy, and support Windows, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management technologies.
• Support virtual desktop, remote access, and engineering applications (Autodesk, Bentley).
• Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
