Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting secure DoD environments.
• 4+ years of Tier I-III Windows-based support.
• Experience with Windows and Linux in production.
• Experience deploying desktop OS images and Azure administration.
• Experience with Cisco VTC/VoIP administration.
• Experience updating antivirus/anti-malware products.
• Knowledge of LAN technologies (Layer 2/3).
• TS/SCI clearance and Bachelor's degree required.
• CompTIA Security+ certification required.
