Job summary

Fiber and Wireless Infrastructure Services Company is seeking an experienced IT Support and System Administrator to manage and optimize our IT infrastructure, focusing on Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud services to ensure secure operations of our IT systems. The role balances hands-on support and systems administration across endpoints, servers, and network services.

You will maintain AD, email systems, backups, and security configurations while collaborating with business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of systems administration and IT support experience.
• Certifications in Microsoft 365/Azure are preferred.
• Experience with Active Directory, Intune, Entra and MDM is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Administer and maintain servers (Windows/Linux), virtualization, and cloud services (Azure, AWS, M365).
• Manage user accounts, security policies, and backup/recovery procedures.
• Document incidents and resolutions; contribute to IT process improvements.
