Job summary

Solution Builders, Inc. is hiring a Support Specialist III to handle 1st–3rd line IT support across Windows, network, cloud, and devices from our Bloomington, MN office. You will mentor junior staff, coordinate vendor resolutions, and document all events in our ticketing system.

The role emphasizes customer service, problem solving, and up-to-date technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and server environments. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BS or BA in a related field preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in technical support.
• 2+ years of advanced networking or Windows infrastructure support.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Centers (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
• Support clients from Bloomington, MN office and on-site as needed.
• Demonstrated leadership in resolving advanced problems.

Responsibilities

• Resolve first, second, and third level service requests and alerts for client environments.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to tier 1 and tier 2 Support Specialists.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Lead macro problem resolution and coordinate client communications.
• Document issues, resolutions, and time in the ticketing system.
• Communicate incident progress and outages professionally to clients.
