Job summary

NEFCO is seeking a motivated IT Support & Network Analyst to join our IT team in Spokane, WA. The role provides onsite and remote support, handling escalations and ensuring core infrastructure reliability for the company and nearby branches.

You will deliver Tier 2 help desk assistance, diagnose complex hardware and software issues, manage tickets, and mentor Tier 1 staff while coordinating with other IT teams to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a Desktop Support or similar IT support role.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent mix of associate degree and IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 help desk support and escalation for Tier 1.
• Diagnose and repair complex hardware/software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and mobile devices.
• Own escalated requests from Tier 1 and drive to resolution.
• Use remote tools to assist off-site staff and branches.
• Mentor Tier 1 technicians to develop skills.
• Document issues, actions, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Manage hardware/software lifecycle and deployment for new hires.
• Deliver professional IT support and maintain clear end-user communication.
