Arcfield is seeking an experienced IT Support Team Lead for Middletown, RI. You will supervise daily IT support activities, guide junior technicians, and act as a senior escalation point while ensuring timely resolution of user issues.

Responsibilities include managing infrastructure, user accounts, security controls, and collaboration with vendors for deployments and projects. A Secret Clearance is required or obtainable.

Formación

• BS 0-2; prefer 2-4
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 or higher, Microsoft IIS7 or higher and PKI technologies
• Knowledge (2-4 years of experience) of implementing and managing Microsoft Windows technologies (2019/2022/202)
• A current CompTIA Security+ with CE
• Must be able to obtain and Maintain a Secret Clearance

Responsabilidades

• Provide Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day IT support, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, account, and connectivity issues. Manage and prioritize support requests while escalating complex issues when necessary.
