Job summary

Arcfield is seeking a Cybersecurity Systems Engineer in Chantilly, VA to support a national customer. You will collaborate with Risk Management stakeholders to advance processes, develop project reviews, and deliver high-quality findings for senior government officials.

The role requires TS/SCI with Poly, DoD 8570/8140 certification, and the ability to work core hours (0900–1500, Mon–Fri). A STEM background and extensive experience are essential.

Qualifications

• BS with 12–15 years of experience, or MS with 10–13 years, or PhD with 10+ years of experience
• Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI with Poly
• Support customer’s core hours (0900-1500; Mon – Fri)
• A Cyber Certification (DoD 8570/8140)
• Work collaboratively with Risk Management stakeholders to automate/improve decision timelines
• Provide senior-level support to government leadership with other SETAs
• Assist in development of project reviews and portfolio roadmaps; inform government leads on status
• Produce high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior US government officials
• Assist in development of technical requirements
• Analyze policies against Federal laws and regulations and provide recommendations for closing gaps
• Develop strategies to comply with privacy and risk management requirements

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with Risk Management stakeholders in the advancement and implementation of process improvements and modernization efforts to automate and/or improve Risk Management decision timelines
• Provide senior-level support to the senior government leadership in collaboration with other SETAs and stakeholders
• Assist in the development of project reviews and portfolio roadmaps; inform government leads on status and progress of all projects
• Produce high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior US government intelligence and operations officials appropriate to the level of the intended audience
• Assist in the development of technical requirements
• Analyze policies and procedures against Federal laws and regulations and provides recommendations for closing gaps
• Develop strategies to comply with privacy and risk management requirements
