Job summary

You will diagnose complex issues, maintain records, and collaborate with IT staff to stay ahead of tech trends.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related IT support experience.
• Advanced training in IT systems, networking, troubleshooting.
• Experience leading technical support teams and projects.
• MDM, iOS, Linux, A/V, and executive support experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to employees, resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Lead and mentor technical support teams; guide and share expertise.
• Manage IT support projects; ensure timely completion and documentation of resolutions.
• Diagnose and resolve complex IT problems; setup and maintain advanced hardware/software.
