Job summary

Brand Addition seeks an IT Support Engineer III to join the STL office, delivering 3rd line support for local users and global infrastructure. The role covers server, cloud, security, networking, and endpoint management, working with the wider technology leadership team.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, time management, and troubleshooting skills, with experience in Active Directory, virtualization, and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Must have Windows Server 2016 or newer.
• Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and Azure.
• Proficient in AD, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange Online.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Backup, security tooling, and SQL Server experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line IT support for the STL office and remote locations.
• Maintain server, cloud, security, and network platforms.
• Support Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and Exchange Online.
• Collaborate with global infrastructure teams and local leaders.
• Assist with backups, DR, and patching; document processes.
