Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support in a service bar environment in Princeton, NJ.

Qualifications

8-10 years of enterprise IT support experience.
Strong experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 applications and services.
Experience providing Level 2 desktop support.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals and patching activities.
Experience providing Smart Hands support for infrastructure teams.
Experience supporting Audio Visual systems and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR).
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide walk-up IT support in a service bar style environment.
Deliver Level 2 support for end-user computing devices and peripherals.
Support Windows PCs, Apple Macs, laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications and productivity issues.
Perform networking support including patching and smart hands activities.
Support AV, MTR, and conference room technologies.
Document procedures and contribute to IT operations standards.
Coach end users and provide technical training as needed.
Serve as technical advisor to colleagues and business users.
Troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
