WME - William Morris Endeavour is seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to be based in the Nashville office. This on-site role focuses on end-user support and operational ownership, delivering high-quality Tier 1 and Tier 2 assistance across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and collaboration tools in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Formación

3+ years of on-site IT support in a professional enterprise environment.
Hands-on Tier 1 and Tier 2 support across Windows, macOS, and end-user devices.
Experience with Microsoft 365 admin, Exchange, Entra, Intune, and AD.
Ability to create clear support documentation and SOPs.
Experience supporting conference room AV and meeting technology.
Professional, discreet, and capable of executive support.

Responsabilidades

Deliver high-touch, professional Tier 1 and Tier 2 end-user support in Nashville.
Resolve incidents and requests via the ITSM platform with accurate documentation.
Deploy and manage Windows and Mac devices, imaging, provisioning, and refresh.
Support conference rooms, Teams, and office AV systems.
Collaborate with regional/global IT teams and offshore partners.
Contribute to endpoint modernization and AI-enabled workplace initiatives.
Maintain accurate asset inventory and runbooks.
