• 3+ years of on-site IT support experience in a professional enterprise environment.
• Hands-on Tier 1 and Tier 2 support across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, mobile devices, and office technology.
• Experience supporting executives and high-profile users with professionalism and discretion.

Aufgaben

• Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 end-user support in Nashville with regional/global collaboration.
• Provide white-glove, executive-level assistance in high-visibility situations.
• Manage incidents and service requests through the ITSM platform with documentation and escalation as needed.
• Support Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, mobile devices, and AV systems for meetings.
• Perform endpoint deployment, imaging, provisioning, and refresh for Windows and Mac.
• Maintain asset inventory and runbooks to improve lifecycle and service quality.
• Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge content, and runbooks for consistency and scalability.
