Job summary

Meadowhawk Biolabs is seeking an enthusiastic IT Operations & Systems Specialist to support our Marlborough, MA site and the MSP collaboration across locations. You’ll manage day-to-day IT needs, administer M365/Entra ID, and review security alerts in a fast-growing CRO environment.

The role is primarily on-site in Marlborough with opportunities to influence AI initiatives, documentation, and security posture while growing your career with a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Hybrid M365/AD administration experience.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Experience with SIEM/EDR/ITDR and security monitoring.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to own projects and drive to completion.
• Ability to collaborate with an outsourced MSP.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal IT support point of contact and triage tickets.
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding and device setup.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID access.
• Collaborate with MSP to implement enhancements to the hybrid environment.
• Monitor security alerts and assist with investigations.
• Contribute to IT compliance documentation and runbooks.
• Maintain IT knowledge base and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with MSP for maintenance and changes.
• Provide remote support for Hayward, CA and remote staff.
• Support laboratory and scientific computing systems.
