Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT leadership roles overseeing information systems and infrastructure.
• Strong leadership with a proven track record of developing IT teams.
• Deep understanding of IT systems, Oracle applications/databases, networking, and security; IT audit/compliance incl. SOX/JSOX.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an IT strategy and budget aligned with organizational goals.
• Coordinate responses to cybersecurity assessments, due diligence questionnaires, remediation requests, and evidence submissions.
• Coordinate and manage IT support, issue resolution, and critical business system integrations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage vendors, contracts, licenses, telecom, cloud services, and related financial activities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology to drive innovation, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee planning, implementation, and management of information systems, including hardware, software, networks, and databases.
• Ensure reliability, security, and availability of IT infrastructure and systems.
• Manage IT projects from initiation to completion within timelines and budgets.
• Develop and implement robust security measures to protect information systems and data.
