This on‑site role includes managing servers, AD, Exchange DAG, backups, security, and cross‑functional collaboration to align IT with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of IT leadership, strong security and networking skills, and experience with hybrid cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent hands‑on experience and technical leadership will be considered.
• Security or networking certifications (e.g., CISSP, Security+, Network+) valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations with one direct report.
• Manage on-premises and virtualized server environments and AD, Exchange DAG, and backups.
• Oversee security, network, and firewalls; monitor threats and patching.
• Own disaster recovery planning and incident response.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align IT with business goals.
• Manage vendor relationships and IT budgeting.
