Job summary

Nuvision Federal Credit Union seeks a seasoned SVP IT to lead the development and execution of the organization’s IT strategy. This executive will direct enterprise architecture, data management, applications, and infrastructure to support secure, scalable member services.

The role requires 10+ years in IT leadership within mid-size organizations, strong vendor management, and a proven record of aligning technology with business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience managing Information Technology for mid-size organizations with complex, large scale IT projects.
• Experience with operational efficiency initiatives, systems development, IT project and change management disciplines.
• Understanding of business processes, workflows, SDLC, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and leads the strategic direction of IT functions and enterprise architecture.
• Builds and guides a team of IT professionals to meet SLAs and ensure secure, compliant operations.
• Manages vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs, and procurement processes.
• Collaborates with internal partners to align IT with member experiences and business processes.
• Promotes continuous improvement and maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Represents the Credit Union in a positive manner and supports community activities.
