Qualifications

• 10+ years leading IT governance and enterprise architecture in financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology or related field; Master preferred.
• Experience with regulated environments including NCUA, FFIEC, GLBA, PCI DSS.
• Proven ability to manage multimillion-dollar IT budgets and present to executives.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Shaping enterprise technology strategy and translating it into roadmaps, standards, and prioritized work.
• Lead Enterprise Architecture across application, data, and cloud domains; chair architecture review board.
• Oversee IT change, incident, problem, and service management; ensure regulatory readiness.
• Drive governance, risk, and service performance reporting to executives.
• Manage IT budget planning, forecasting, and financial governance with Finance.
