Axiologic Solutions LLC seeks a Principal Advisor to serve as a senior trusted advisor to the IC CIO and executive leadership, providing strategic guidance on enterprise IT initiatives, governance, resource planning, and mission delivery. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions with a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications

Experience as senior advisor to executive leadership on enterprise IT strategy, governance, and modernization initiatives.
Experience translating mission priorities into actionable IT roadmaps, investment plans, and measurable outcomes.
Experience supporting IC/DoD/Federal IT governance, policy, and compliance including capital planning and risk management.
Strong written and verbal communication for executive briefings, reports, and recommendations.
Ability to analyze complex organizational, operational, and technical challenges and provide strategic recommendations.
Must have TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

Serve as senior trusted advisor to IC CIO and executive leadership on enterprise IT strategy, governance, risk management, modernization efforts, and mission delivery priorities.
Translate IC CIO guidance into actionable plans, roadmaps, milestones, and performance measures.
Track progress against strategic objectives and recommend adjustments for successful execution.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align requirements and achieve integrated outcomes.
Prepare executive-level briefings, decision packages, and supporting materials for governance boards and senior leadership forums.
Manage leadership action items, decisions, and taskings through completion and closure.
Monitor portfolio and program performance across cost, schedule, scope, risks, and dependencies.
Identify performance issues and mitigation strategies to maintain objectives.
Advise leadership on resource planning, investment prioritization, acquisition strategies, vendor engagement, and enterprise licensing opportunities.
Ensure timely communication of priorities and decisions across stakeholder organizations.
Coordinate inputs for executive reports, audits, assessments, and senior-level updates.
