KBR's National Security Solutions seeks a CIO Principal Advisor in Northern Virginia to guide enterprise IT strategy, governance and modernization initiatives. You will translate mission priorities into executable roadmaps, coordinate with mission owners, security, and procurement, and provide executive-level briefs.

This senior role requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance, a master's or bachelor's degree with substantial experience, and a proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams toward

Qualifications

• Current and active Top Secret / SCI security clearance.
• Experience translating priorities into actionable IT roadmaps and investment plans.
• Experience with IC, DoD, or Federal IT governance and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate vision and guidance into executable plans, roadmaps, and milestones.
• Define success measures and track progress against strategic objectives.
• Coordinate support with stakeholders to align requirements and drive outcomes.
• Prepare and staff executive-level decision packages, briefs, and recommendations.
• Manage action items and decisions through closure.
• Provide portfolio/program performance support via monitoring cost, schedule, and scope.
• Advise on planning resources, investments, and acquisition approaches.
• Ensure timely, accurate communication of customer priorities and decisions.
• Coordinate inputs for reports, audits, and senior-level updates.
