Job summary

Axiologic Solutions is seeking a Senior IT Strategy Consultant / Call Order Lead to provide executive-level IT advisory and strategic planning for the DIA CIF JPMO. The role emphasizes enterprise IT strategy, risk management, and technical oversight across the DoD/IC landscape.

The successful candidate will lead requirements analysis, acquisition planning, and program execution, while directing personnel and ensuring contract deliverables meet government expectations.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with CI Poly (or ability to obtain a polygraph).
• Minimum of 14 years of experience required.
• Masters Degree OR Bachelors Degree with an additional two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior-level IT consultant and trusted advisor to government leadership, providing expert guidance on enterprise IT strategy, technology modernization, and mission-driven technical initiatives.
• Lead requirements analysis and definition efforts, translating operational and mission needs into actionable technical requirements and recommendations.
• Provide strategic guidance on emerging technologies, AI, automation, and technology experimentation to enhance enterprise capabilities.
• Coordinate personnel onboarding, staffing requirements, and performance management for the call order team.
• Oversee day-to-day call order execution, ensuring contract requirements, deliverables, and performance standards are met.
• Maintain visibility into call order health, risk assessments, and status updates for government customers and program leadership.
