Job summary

CSG Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Specialist based in Argentina to lead cloud, identity, endpoint, and cybersecurity operations for MSP clients across the US.

You will architect and deploy Microsoft 365/Azure environments, remediate legacy infrastructures, manage licensing, and respond to security incidents. Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IT systems, networking, and cloud administration experience.
• At least 2+ years in an MSP or multi-tenant enterprise environment.
• Experience serving as a project manager or primary technical liaison with executive stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 tenant administration, Exchange Online, Entra ID, and licensing optimization.
• Experience investigating and responding to security incidents and configuring protection policies.
• Strong scripting skills with PowerShell for automation in M365 and Entra environments.
• Experience administering Google Workspace alongside Microsoft environments.
• Experience supporting cloud VoIP telephony and core networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact and project manager for complex client onboardings and migrations.
• Lead project scoping, timeline management, milestones, and executive communications.
• Build, configure, and secure Microsoft 365 tenants; optimize licensing tiers for cost efficiency.
• Manage Exchange Online, mail flow rules, shared mailboxes, and email security controls.
• Lead security incident response and provide root-cause analysis and containment guidance.
• Proactively assess environments against CIS/NIST/HIPAA benchmarks and deliver improvement roadmaps.
• Research vendors and evaluate IT solutions; present recommendations for procurement and projects.
• Design and deploy Intune kiosk profiles and custom device management across client environments.
