Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a Corporate IT Sourcing Manager based in Allentown, PA to lead global Digital Technology sourcing and category management.

This role covers software, SaaS, cloud services, infrastructure, cybersecurity, hardware, and managed services across a broad technology portfolio. You will partner with senior leaders across Digital Technology, Finance, Legal, and Information Security to shape sourcing strategies, drive complex negotiations, and mentor a team of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field.
• 8+ years in sourcing/procurement with tech spend experience.
• 3+ years in people leadership and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading tech contract negotiations and supplier relationships.
• Knowledge of software, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, telecom, infrastructure procurement.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor an IT sourcing team for strategic sourcing and supplier management.
• Develop category management and sourcing strategies across global Digital Technology spend.
• Lead negotiations involving software licensing, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, hardware, and services.
• Build relationships with strategic suppliers and senior stakeholders.
• Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, and supplier performance improvements.
• Oversee RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, governance, and regulations.
• Support technology transformation through innovative sourcing strategies.
• Provide market intelligence and executive insights on supplier capabilities and trends.
• Develop and present sourcing options for senior leadership.
• Manage supplier performance and contract execution to realize negotiated value.
