Experis is seeking an IT Sourcing Lead/Director (Technology Procurement) in New York, NY to drive strategic IT sourcing, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration across Legal, Infosec, Risk, and Finance. The role emphasizes executive-level partnering and end-to-end procurement leadership on enterprise technology initiatives.

The position is a 6-month contract with a strong pathway to full-time conversion, offering a W2 arrangement and a focus on delivering high-value IT

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated IT / Technology Procurement experience within a Fortune 500 or similarly complex enterprise.
• Sourcing events ownership from intake through RFP, negotiation and final contract execution.
• Executive communication skills to present strategies to senior executives.
• Navigate Legal, Infosec, Risk, and Compliance governance to maintain deal momentum.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Technology, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand upcoming business needs and technical requirements.
• Lead sourcing demand intake, evaluate market capabilities, and coordinate enterprise IT sourcing initiatives.
• Manage hands-on sourcing workflows in a matrixed enterprise structure.
• Coordinate with Legal, Information Security, Compliance, and Risk Management to drive contracts end to end.
• Prepare executive summaries, business cases, and commercial proposals for CTOs, CFOs and executives.
• Conduct supplier research and benchmarking to formulate go-to-market strategies.
• Lead negotiations for high-value technology agreements to secure favorable terms and SLAs.
