Job summary

Golden Star Technology Inc. (GST) seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to design and propose enterprise IT solutions aligned with client objectives.

You will work with sales, customers, and partners, offering expertise in data center, cloud, networking, virtualization, storage, and security to modernize IT environments. In this customer-facing role, you will craft proposals, roadmaps, and SOWs, present solutions, and guide implementation with internal teams while building strong client

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure, solutions architecture or systems engineering.
• Experience designing data center, cloud, networking, virtualization and storage solutions.
• Experience creating quotes, proposals and SOWs.
• Strong technical knowledge of enterprise technologies (HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, VMware, Microsoft, Aruba).
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, VCP, VMware, Microsoft, Aruba, HPE, Dell) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to identify, develop, and close opportunities.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to assess environments, requirements, and goals.
• Design and recommend enterprise infrastructure solutions (compute, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud, security).
• Develop and present technical proposals, designs and SOWs.
• Deliver customer presentations, demonstrations and whiteboard sessions.
• Provide technology roadmaps and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and services teams for implementation.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendor partners and internal stakeholders.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and maintain vendor certifications.
