Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure or related field.
• Experience designing and supporting data center, cloud, networking, virtualization, and storage solutions.
• Experience creating quotes, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Strong technical knowledge of enterprise technologies and vendor platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, VCP, VMware, Microsoft, Aruba, HPE, Dell) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to identify, develop, and close opportunities.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to assess environments and goals.
• Design and recommend enterprise infrastructure solutions including compute, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud, and security.
• Develop and present technical proposals, solution designs, and SOWs.
• Deliver customer presentations, demonstrations, and whiteboard sessions to communicate value.
• Provide technology roadmaps and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineering and services teams for successful implementations.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendor partners, and stakeholders.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and vendor certifications.
