Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, CS, IS, or software engineering.
- 7+ years in software development, delivery, or IT roles with progression.
- 2+ years leading software developers, analysts, vendors or cross-functional teams.
- 2+ years planning and managing software development projects and roadmaps.
- Experience with SDLC, modern tools, APIs, cloud platforms, and secure development.
Responsibilities
- Lead full SDLC for custom apps, integrations, automation, and data-enabled solutions.
- Establish AI-augmented development practices with governance and security.
- Ensure governance, security, privacy, and compliance in AI-assisted work.
- Plan and manage project schedules, releases, and backlogs.
- Mentor and develop a software team, driving accountability and quality.
