Job summary

Cain Watters & Associates seeks an IT Manager, Applications to lead the firm’s applications support and enhancement within IT. You will oversee development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software to meet organizational needs and ensure secure operations.

You will mentor a team, partner with business units and vendors, and drive roadmaps while managing budgets and upgrades to support growth and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business and/or technology or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in IT roles.
• 2+ years leading or managing technical teams.
• 2+ years planning and managing IT and business projects.
• Strong experience in supporting business applications and Microsoft business apps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of software applications to align with goals.
• Manage ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of applications to optimize performance.
• Plan and manage project schedules and product enhancement roadmaps.
• Mentor a team of IT professionals to foster collaboration and success.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to select and manage application solutions.
• Develop strategies for application lifecycle management, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
