Job summary

iSphere Global Pty Ltd is seeking an IT Software Contracts Specialist for a 12-month onsite role in Houston. The ideal candidate will take ownership of IT agreements from start to finish, aggressively redline where needed, and push back when appropriate to protect business interests.

You will negotiate SaaS, cloud, and licensing terms, coordinating with Legal, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Finance, IT, and Software Asset Management to reach workable agreements while maintaining contract protections.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on IT software contract negotiation and redlining.
• Experience with Master Agreements, SOWs, NDAs, POCs, renewals, and licensing.
• Deep understanding of software licensing and technology contracting.
• Experience negotiating SaaS, cloud, software, and other technology agreements.
• Ability to independently manage multiple complex contracts and competing priorities.
• Experience leading RFP and RFI activity.
• Strong contract due diligence, issue spotting, and risk identification skills.
• Experience working with Legal, Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, Finance, IT, and procurement stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
