Job summary

Airswift is seeking an IT Contract Specialist for a one-year assignment in Houston, onsite. You will lead negotiations on software, SaaS, cloud and licensing agreements, working closely with legal, privacy and IT teams to secure favorable terms.

The role requires extensive experience in IT software contracting, master agreements, and RFP/RFI processes, with strong negotiation, review and risk management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience negotiating and redlining IT software contracts.
• Experience leading complex contract negotiations across the full lifecycle.
• Experience reviewing Master Agreements, Statements of Work, NDAs, and licensing agreements.
• Experience leading RFP and RFI activities.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and drive IT software contracts across software, SaaS, cloud and licensing agreements.
• Coordinate with legal, privacy, cybersecurity, finance and IT teams to influence commercial outcomes.
• Manage contract lifecycle from requirements through execution, renewals and post-execution activities.
