Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT or related field, or 5–10 years IT support experience.
• Intermediate or advanced technical certification(s).
• Excellent skills in customer service, communication, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient with server/workstation hardware, OS and software.
• In-depth understanding of networking, cabling, and termination.
• Experience with Office 365, Azure and Exchange administration.
• Ability to lead projects and mentor peers.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement IT solutions for projects.
• Design, install, and maintain servers, storage, and networking.
• Provide general IT support and document resolutions.
• Escalate and resolve service requests and alerts.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Create and share knowledge-base documentation.
• Maintain standards and procedures for systems installation and config.
