Job summary

Integral Federal is seeking a Senior IT Service Desk Engineer to support a government client in Vienna, VA. This on-site role requires strong Tier 1 triage and advanced troubleshooting across Windows, SCCM, Intune, and AD/Exchange in a SCIF setting.

Qualified candidates will hold an active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and at least 5 years of relevant experience, plus a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT certification. On-site work and Agile collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant IT service desk experience with a strong background in DoD environments.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or IT-related certification equivalent to supported roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 desktop support and executive triage for end users in a SCIF environment.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across desktop, network, and software; support Azure/cloud deployments.
• Image, configure, deploy, and manage new equipment and master images.
