Job summary

Integral Federal seeks a Senior IT Service Desk Engineer – TS/SCI to join our Vienna, VA team on-site in a SCIF. You will balance front-line triage with advanced troubleshooting, image management, and collaboration across IT teams to maintain secure, reliable systems.

You will implement and support SCCM, AD, Exchange, Intune, and Azure Virtual Desktop while guiding executives and users through complex technical challenges.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of IT service desk or related experience with a degree or cert.
• Proficient in SCCM, AD, PowerShell, M365/Exchange, and Intune.
• Experience with image lifecycle, GPOs, Azure Virtual Desktop, and remote access.
• Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT infrastructure and end-user support for desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Deliver Tier 1 and executive triage, handling high-priority requests.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in desktop/remote hardware and software.
• Image, configure, deploy, and track equipment and master images.
• Collaborate with IT teams and project managers to meet requirements.
• Develop SOPs and maintain documentation for AD and Exchange lifecycles.
• Support collaboration tools and telecom, including video conferencing and Avaya phones.
• Participate in projects and vendor activities, following Agile practices.
