Reworld is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Security and Risk Management in New Jersey to drive our security roadmap across enterprise, cloud, and OT environments. You will lead vulnerability management, threat detection, incident response, and secure AI adoption, translating cyber risk into business decisions.

This hands-on leader collaborates with Security, IT, OT, Legal, GRC, and business teams to strengthen controls, support compliance, and embed secure architecture into CI/CD and operations.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of progressive cybersecurity or infrastructure security experience.
• Demonstrated success operating or improving a risk-based vulnerability program in a complex enterprise.
• Strong investigation skills across endpoint, identity, network, cloud, email, and application data.

• Lead vulnerability and exposure management program including scanning coverage and remediation timelines.
• Develop and tune detections across endpoint, identity, network, cloud, and OT telemetry.
• Design and improve network security across enterprise and industrial environments.
• Embed secure architecture reviews and testing into CI/CD and change processes.
• Extend security visibility into OT/ICS environments and validate backup integrity.
