Job summary

Reworld Waste, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Security and Risk Management to lead risk-based vulnerability management and threat detection across enterprise, cloud, and OT environments. You will drive incident response, security monitoring, and secure adoption of AI technologies while partnering with IT, OT, Legal and GRC teams.

The role focuses on building robust controls, compliance alignment, and translating cyber risk into actionable business decisions for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive cybersecurity or infrastructure security experience.
• Experience leading risk-based vulnerability or exposure management programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead vulnerability and exposure management across critical assets; manage remediation timelines.
• Develop and tune detections across endpoint, identity, network, cloud, and OT telemetry.
• Lead incident triage, investigation, containment, and post-incident reviews with internal and external teams.
• Design and improve network security across enterprise and industrial environments, including firewalls and secure remote access.
• Embed secure architecture reviews and security testing into CI/CD and change processes; support M&A remediation.
