Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT operations experience, ideally in a fast-paced tech startup.
• Strong macOS proficiency required; working knowledge of Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android.
• Hands-on expertise with Jamf or comparable MDM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to employees and contractors via a support queue.
• Own and implement a comprehensive asset management program covering endpoint devices.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoint management solutions focused on macOS.
