Qualifications

• Experience with developing, configuring, testing, and maintaining software.
• Experience with creating security documentation to comply with agency cybersecurity requirements.
• Developed process automation solutions using agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts.
• Collaborated with technical and business staff to understand the agency's environment and propose automation solutions.
• Track record of gathering requirements and process mapping.
• Knowledge of business analysis, system design, and change management principles.
• Strong written and presentation skills.
• Experience in IT, cloud and network architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO consultant to manage UIPath RPA support for CFO, BOTS troubleshooting, and implementation strategy.
• Design, develop, and implement RPA systems.
• Interact with stakeholders to elicit requirements for process improvement or innovation.
• Advise agency through RPA adoption with OCR, ML, NLP, APIs, and databases.
• Provide automation solutions to improve finance-related processes.
• Participate in process automation groups and sprint cycles.
• Support modernization and migration of IT programs through change management.
• Ensure compliance with cyber and financial audit requirements.
