Job summary
Tria Federal seeks an experienced IT and UiPath RPA Developer to lead PMO efforts, design and implement RPA solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders for process improvement. The role supports CFO RPA initiatives, on-premises and AWS cloud, across unclassified and SCI fabrics.
2–3 days weekly in Reston DC area is required. Candidates should have a strong background in software development, security documentation, agile delivery, and federal IT programs, with a DoD 8570 certification and 10+
Qualifications
- Experience with developing, configuring, testing, and maintaining software.
- Experience creating security documentation for agency cybersecurity.
- Developed process automation solutions using agile methods and tools.
- Gathers requirements and maps processes with stakeholders.
- Strong writing, presentation, and technical contact skills.
- Information technology, cloud/network architecture, and software engineering background.
- Bachelor’s degree required and 10+ years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead PMO consultant to manage UIPath RPA support and strategy.
- Design, develop, and implement RPA systems with OCR/ML integrations.
- Engage with stakeholders to elicit requirements for process improvements.
- Advise on RPA adoption and API/database integrations.
- Support modernization of DIA financial IT programs and change management.
