Job summary

i360technologies specializes in business consulting and technology services for federal agencies. We seek an experienced RPA UiPath Developer to support FAA automation efforts, bringing deep UiPath expertise and familiarity with financial and project management systems within federal environments.

You will design, develop, and implement UiPath bots across financial management, accounting, and reporting, while collaborating with diverse teams to translate business needs into scalable automation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in systems analysis and development.
• At least 3 years hands-on UiPath RPA development.
• Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-facing abilities.
• Independent, proactive problem-solver with strong documentation.
• Experience with Oracle R12.2 EBS Federal Financials is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement UiPath automation solutions for financial management, accounting, project management, and reporting.
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities across systems.
• Develop robust automation frameworks to streamline operations and deliver efficiencies.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable RPA solutions.
• Ensure documentation, QA, and operational performance standards are met.
• Engage with stakeholders and provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Adhere to federal security, quality, and performance standards.
• Support Federal background investigations as required for project clearance.
