Job summary

Argo Cyber Systems is seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst III - IT Requirements Manager to support DHS cybersecurity modernization efforts in a government facility. You will lead requirements elicitation, document functional and technical needs, and ensure traceability from concept to production.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity engineers, architects, and stakeholders to develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable milestones while maintaining compliance with

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required.
Active Secret Security Clearance.
Ability to obtain DHS EOD suitability.
Bachelor's degree as listed above.
Five or more years in business analysis or requirements management.
Experience with Federal Government technology programs.
Strong knowledge of BA methodologies and requirements management.
Experience documenting business process information and workflows.
Experience leading stakeholder workshops and interviews.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience supporting cross-functional technical teams.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements elicitation sessions with government stakeholders.
Document business, functional, and technical requirements with traceability.
Create user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability through delivery lifecycle.
Coordinate pilot planning, evaluation, and transition to production.
