Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain DHS EOD suitability.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IS, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or requirements management.
• Experience supporting Federal Government technology programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation sessions with government stakeholders.
• Document business, functional, and technical requirements with traceability.
• Develop user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate pilot planning, evaluation, and production transition.
• Facilitate workshops and maintain stakeholder alignment throughout projects.
