Job summary

NewGen Technologies in Arlington, VA seeks an IT Requirements Manager to translate mission pain points into technology capability requirements and guide governance. You will ensure alignment with civilian government agencies, develop measurable pilot objectives, and support transition decisions.

You will lead use case identification, document requirements for integration pilots, and facilitate workshops while coordinating between technical teams and operational stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BS in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related degree; or HS Diploma with 7+ years of directly relevant experience.
• 5+ years as a business analyst or requirements analyst.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience with use case development and user story creation.
• Knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project coordination and tracking.
• Understanding of DoD 8140, ITIL, PMI-PBA or CBAP certifications is desirable.

Our Partner is supporting a U.S. Government customer to provide support for onsite incident response to civilian Government agencies and critical asset owners who experience cyber-attacks, providing immediate investigation and resolution. Contract personnel perform investigations to characterize the severity of breaches, develop mitigation plans, and assist with the restoration of services. They are seeking an IT Requirements Manager to support this critical customer mission.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Secret Clearance; TS/SCI preferred
• Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry on Duty (EOD) Suitability
• BS in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related degree; or HS Diploma and 7+ years of directly relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or requirements analyst
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Experience with use case development and user story creation
• Knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies
