Job summary

ARSIEM Corporation is seeking a Business Process Analyst III to support one of our government clients in Arlington, VA. You will lead use case identification, gather requirements for technology pilots, and coordinate with stakeholders to translate mission needs into actionable IT capabilities.

The role requires strong documentation, facilitation, and experience with agile requirements management, DoD-aligned processes, and security clearances. On-site with full-time responsibilities.

Qualifications

• BS in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or HS Diploma with 7+ years of relevant experience).
• 5+ years as a business analyst or requirements analyst.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience with use case development and user story creation.
• Knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project coordination and tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead use case identification and prioritization with mission stakeholders.
• Gather and document requirements for technology integration pilots.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and coordination meetings.
• Translate mission pain points into technology capability requirements.
• Develop business cases and value propositions for technology insertions.
• Define measurable objectives and success criteria for pilot initiatives.
• Coordinate between technical teams and operational stakeholders.
• Document operational workflows and identify friction points for automation.
• Support governance review processes with business impact analysis.
• Develop metrics frameworks for pilot and production outcomes.
• Create stakeholder communications and status reports.
• Manage requirements traceability throughout integration lifecycle.
• Support leadership alignment activities with briefings and documentation.
• Facilitate lessons learned and continuous improvement processes.
• Ensure pilot scope discipline and clear exit/transition decisions.
