Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT recruiting experience.
• Strong cold-calling and prospecting skills.
• Experience working across multiple time zones.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Teams/Zoom, and ATS systems.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit top IT and business talent nationwide.
• Conduct phone interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Present qualified candidates to clients.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting and offer process.
